Name and size are what you would have to ask anyway.

Hi! The salon opens tomorrow at 9 am. Tell me the service and the day you prefer and, for color, send a photo of your hair. I'll reply as soon as we open.
The photo moves the assessment forward and saves a round of messages.
Clinic
Hello! We are back tomorrow at 8 am. Leave your name and preferred day and we will get back to you to book. In an emergency, go to the nearest emergency room.
In healthcare, the message has to say what to do in an emergency.

Keep them one tap away
In WhatsApp Business, open the menu, go to Business tools and then Away message. Turn it on, paste your text and choose when it goes out: outside business hours, which uses the hours in your profile, or during a period you set.
When this is not enough
An away message only gives notice. It doesn't answer the question or book anything, and people in a hurry still don't get what they came for. If this happens often, a bot can take over what repeats:
- Actually answers at night and on weekends, from what you entered
- Books on your Google Calendar and notes the request for the next morning
- Passes you what it doesn't know, without inventing a price
