These Terms govern the use of Weappi (weappi.com), a chatbot, customer service CRM and artificial intelligence platform for WhatsApp Business, provided by CREAIT LTDA (CNPJ 48.356.022/0001-15, Brazil). By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these Terms.
In every plan (Free, Pro and Max), Weappi offers the same channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, website chat and email) and the same features: visual flow builder, inbox, AI orchestrator with knowledge base, catalog, ad management, reports and calendar. The plan sets the volume of use (contacts, messages, services, agents, AI agents, steps, storage and appointments). Marketplace integrations, WebHook and HTTP Lookup are available only in the Pro and Max plans.
Current commercial details are on the Pricing page. WhatsApp template messages are charged by Meta to the user, separately from Weappi.
To run the chatbot, the user connects a WhatsApp number. The user is responsible for complying with WhatsApp/Meta policies and for keeping access to the number. Weappi processes only the data needed to provide the service.
When AI is turned on in the bot, replies may be generated by model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), always through the Weappi orchestrator. The user is responsible for the content of the knowledge base and for the facts published in their scope. Weappi designs the system to anchor replies in the knowledge provided; this does not fully eliminate the risk of model errors.
If the user turns on integrations, they authorize Weappi to create, edit and delete data in the connected service as needed for the configured flow.
Use for spam, illegal or abusive content, or content that violates third-party rights or WhatsApp policies is prohibited.
Flows, knowledge bases and messages created by the user are the user's responsibility. Weappi is not responsible for blocks or removals applied by WhatsApp/Meta because of improper use.
Paid plans (Pro and Max) are charged per bot, monthly or annually, with no lock-in or penalty. Outside Brazil, payment is by card through Stripe, in the currency and at the price shown for the billing country; prices do not include taxes that may apply. You can cancel or change plans at any time in the panel; when you cancel, recurring billing ends and the bot returns to the limits of the Free plan. In the Free plan, once the quota is exceeded the bot stops replying until the next day or until the plan changes; in the Pro and Max plans the bot keeps replying and Weappi warns about the limit.
7-day guarantee: if you ask within 7 days of first subscribing to a paid plan, we refund that first charge in full. Just write to contato@weappi.com. Costs paid directly to third parties, such as messages charged by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account and the use of the AI provider you connected, do not go through Weappi and follow each provider's rules. Any mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
Brazilian law applies, and the courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights that consumers have in their country of residence. If there is a difference between versions, the Portuguese version prevails, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
