Activating Pro or Max

Every channel and feature already works on Free; the plan changes the volume (comparison in Pricing). New accounts get 14 days of Pro free, no card. To subscribe:

1. Create or use your account at /bot.
2. In the panel, open Plans and choose Pro ($19/month or $190/year) or Max ($59/month or $590/year), paid by card.
3. or email contato@weappi.com: “I want to activate Pro (or Max) on Weappi”.
4. The plan applies to the same environment, with the same flows, base and catalog.
5. Pro: 5,000 contacts, 3,000 messages/day, 100 human conversations/day, 2 agents, 3 AI agents, 200 steps, 10 GB, 300 bookings/month, Bulk messaging, integrations, WebHook and HTTP Query.
6. Max: 15,000 contacts, 8,000 messages/day, 500 human conversations/day, 5 agents, 10 AI agents, unlimited steps and bookings, 50 GB and dedicated support.

Onboarding by website crawl

Enter your website URL during onboarding. Weappi extracts facts and intents and builds the knowledge base. Your website (or linked pages) needs the information the bot should state: hours, address, services, policies, public prices. Without a source in the base, the AI doesn't invent.

After the crawl, update the base in the panel whenever the business changes (promotions, hours, address).

Contact, message and conversation limits

A contact is anyone who chatted in the last 12 months. Messages are those from the bot, the AI and bulk sends; what the agent types doesn't count. Free: 100 contacts, 100 messages/day and 5 human conversations/day. Pro: 5,000, 3,000 and 100. Max: 15,000, 8,000 and 500.

On Free, once over the quota the bot stops: new contacts get no reply, and messages have a 10% tolerance and then stop until the next day. On Pro and Max the bot never stops: we let you know and suggest upgrading.

Weappi doesn't charge for AI tokens: you pay the provider you connect (Gemini, OpenAI, Ollama, etc.). If the provider fails or runs out of credit, the AI stops. Set up the fallback in the flow: fixed menu, message or human handoff.

Storage

Free: 100 MB. Pro: 10 GB. Max: 50 GB. If it fills up, new media isn't uploaded until you free up space or upgrade.

Agents, bots and add-on packs

Agents besides the owner: 0 on Free, 2 on Pro, 5 on Max; on Pro and Max you can add extra agents for $12/month. Each plan includes 1 bot, and only 1 Free bot per account; another bot is another subscription. Above Max, add packs in the panel: +5,000 contacts for $10 and +5,000 messages/day for $10.

Cancellation

No commitment or fee. Cancel in the panel under Plans, or by email at contato@weappi.com. Within the first 7 days after your first purchase, we refund that first charge. The account stays on Free, with every channel and the Free limits (100 contacts, 100 messages/day and 100 MB).
