The orchestrator and knowledge base are on every plan: 1 AI agent on Free, 3 on Pro and 10 on Max. Prices in Pricing. Weappi doesn't charge for AI tokens: you pay the provider directly (Gemini, OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, Hugging Face, DeepSeek or Manual/Ollama).
Website crawl, text, FAQ, files (PDF, spreadsheet, etc.), live REST API, Instagram, Facebook Page, WhatsApp Business and Meta catalog. There are folders, an unanswered questions queue, training by conversation and a test chat per document. Inbox suggestions use the same orchestrator. Modes: diagram only, AI or knowledge base only (QA). There's a usage cap in the panel and a humanized mode (quotes in a natural voice, without inventing).
If the provider is unavailable or its account has no balance, the flow can use the configured fallback (menu, fixed message or human handoff).
